When you contract with The Hampton Remodeling Company, we follow a process that is consistent with each customer, whether it is a big project or a small one. We pride ourselves on quality work and keeping our customers informed throughout the entire process.

Our Goals

  • Keep our clients informed on what is happening and when
  • Help clients understand the process for their project
  • Make the project as nondisruptive as possible
  • Leave the project as clean or cleaner than when we started

Our Process

  • Appointments are scheduled on Mondays, and there is a $20 flat quote fee for new clients. The quote fee is waved for past clients.
  • Customer information is entered into our database where all activities are recorded.
  • An appointment confirmation letter along with a brochure and customer reference list is sent out by mail unless time does not permit.
  • All quotations are in writing following the initial contact. The customer receives it within two weeks 95% of the time. In an attempt to assist the customer, we will give a cost range over the phone if it is appropriate.
  • Large (dollar volume) quoted projects, such as garages, additions, kitchens, baths, and others, are compared against the industry standards and historical data as a double check.
  • Once the deposit and signed contract are received, the customer is contacted and the job is scheduled.
  • When the job starts, the customer is kept informed as to who is coming and what time to expect them. Our track record is that we are where we say we will be, within 5 minutes of the scheduled time.
  • Following project completion, we send out an evaluation questionnaire in a self-addressed stamped envelope to monitor customer satisfaction.

Our Quality Control Process

  • Work is done by The Hampton Remodeling Company.
  • Relationships with quality and trustworthy tradespeople needed to complete your project. Those partners which include electricians, plumbers, painters, suppliers, and others.
  • If a project has been determined to be strictly a plumbing, electrical project, etc. we will put our customers directly in contact with the specific reliable tradesperson rather than create a middleman situation that would only increase the cost of the project.
