Some of the ways The Hampton Remodeling Company works to insure customer confidence and satisfaction are as follows:

Sending out letters of conformation of an appointment stating the date, time and address of that appointment.

Giving out brochures and a list of references.

Questions are asked to find out how best to design and build the project. An example such as a kitchen design we might ask how long will you be living here? Does one person cook alone or is it a family function? The answers to these and many other questions help us to provide the best solution to your needs.

In-house designed CAD floor plans.

Internet communications.

On large projects customers receive a chart time line of the project showing what is happening when, when decisions need to be made and the projected payment schedule and finish date. They also receive a list of contacts of the companies working on their project so that in a case of emergency they can call them directly.

Customers are informed on a ongoing basis of the progress of the project.

Balance statements showing the cost of the project and payment history indicating check number, amount of payment and received date.

A follow up satisfaction questionnaire to report on their experience with working with The Hampton Remodeling Company.

Follow up calls months after the project is finished to make sure everything is still working well.

Job records are well maintained so that years later if a question should arise we can find the answers.

Digital photos of the projects are maintained.

Proposals that do not turn into jobs are saved for 10 years incase the project should resurface at a later date.

Subcontractors' contact information are routinely given out in cases where our services are not required thus saving the client on administration cost.
